YEJ series DC brake motors is a type of entirely enclosed admirer-cooled squirrel-cage a few section asynchronous motors,it was developed accoring to IEC standsrd and has a whole lot of edge including prompt braking,compact construction,substantial reliability,high efficirncy,vitality preserving,big startin torque, simple operation & servicing and so forth.Aside from,the brake has a handbook release system,which allows the brake a junction of equally manual launch and electric powered release and is convenient for operation.YEJ sequence DC brake motors are suited for system that requires prompt braking,exact positioning,repeat running,regular starting up and aviod slipping.
Basic principle and structure of the brake motors, the DC brake disc is assembled on the non-travel finish shaft of the motor,when provided with energy, the brake functions concurrently, the electromagnetic force attracts the armature and presses the spring ,as a result the brake disc is introduced from armature and endshield,then the motor begins to operate: When the power source is minimize off, electromagnetic froce dropped, the spring pushes the armature to the brake disc,the motor stops quickly,a braking motion completed. The electricity of the brake is provided by rectifier mounted in the terminal box, DC 99v for motors up to 3KW and DC 170V for motors 4KW and up.
